implementing a "single sign-on" for use across multiple web sites.

- The Platinum framework is an interesting cross-platform C++ library with some really cool features.
- When i'm not using Xemacs to edit my web pages, i'm
using Quanta Plus, a nice web project management/editor system.
- SWIG is a really cool tool for creating bindings between C/C++ code and many different scripting languages.
